On declaring one's RL gender

Permit me to point you at a fascinating and informative exchange in the SL Universe forums, on whether and when to declare one's RL gender in SL.

    Just my $0.02: Does it matter a damn at the end of the day? Like one person said: '...a whole lot less obvious when you are kissing passionately on a virtual beach.' And isn't that the point? 'If it makes you happy it can't be that bad....'
